The Organic Jazz Band is an all-girl Christchurch jazz trio comprised of Nanako Sato (keys and vocals), Rachael Travaille (saxophone) and Victoria Knopp (bass) who have enjoyed playing a range of jazz standards and originals together over the last six years. Previously know as the “Vege Gig Band” after serenading local vegetable markets, the trio are familiar faces to Vic’s Café, Papanui Road Farmer’s Market, and most recently at the Lyttleton Market. This band has been asked many times over about purchasing their CD, so after many years of contemplation and deliberation, here is the resulting record for your listening pleasure!
